Electronic Evaluations: 

The electronic evaluations for the public can be filled out here.

The electronic evaluations for:

  • VITEMA, DDM, other emergency agencies (or state and private agencies at USVI and BVI)

Must be completed in the link provided inside the email sent by the Puerto Rico Seismic Network.

Must be submitted on or before March 31, 2025.

Evacuation Evaluations (schools and other agencies)

Non-coastal zone evacuation

Evaluation tool for evacuations during the CARIBE WAVE exercise for schools in NON-COASTAL areas. This tool’s purpose is for both school personnel and surrounding professionals to evaluate how effective the exercise is, making sure to fulfill the School’s Multirisk Plan when faced with an event such as an earthquake, which\ could be accompanied by a tsunami warning for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. It is hoped that, through practice, you will be able to identify the areas in the emergency plan or in the school’s infrastructure that need some strengthening to guarantee a better response when the time comes to face an emergency of this type.

*NON-coastal areas are those that are outside of the tsunami evacuation zone (see the corresponding maps for each coastal municipality) or correspond to municipalities located in the center of the island.

**This evaluation can be used by other agencies and institutions.

Coastal zone evacuation

Evaluation tool for evacuations done during the CARIBE WAVE exercise for lodgings (including but not limited to: hotels, inns, guesthouses, etc.) located within coastal areas.
This evaluation tool’s objective is for both personnel and lodging administrators to be able to evaluate how effective the exercise is regarding your Emergency Plan. This exercise is focused on an earthquake that may be accompanied by a tsunami warning for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. It is hoped that, through practice, you will be able to identify the areas that need some strengthening, be they in the emergency plan or the general infrastructure, to guarantee a better response when the time comes to face an emergency of this type.

Official Exercise Final Evaluation

This final evaluation must be completed by all Tsunami National Contact or Tsunami Warning Focal Point official functionaries of the islands or territories that are members of UNESCO ICG CARIBE EWS on or before April 4, 2025.
